Alison Williams

Alison Williams

Alison was born in Lincolnshire (England), but left at the age of three to see the world. She lived for six years in Hong Kong, and has now settled in Southampton where she is a university business librarian by day and a librarian of the British Haiku Society by night. Poems and articles of hers have been published in places as diverse as Blithe Spirit, Aslib Proceedings, Fire, Yellow Moon, and the Anglo Welsh Poetry Society Journal, Borderlines. She has very much enjoyed being Associate Editor and recently Guest Editor of the journal Presence. Since October 2005, Alison has kept a haiku blog at at http://haikusoup.blogspot.com/
