Pamela A. Babusci

Pamela is an internationally published award winning haiga artist and haiku/tanka poet, living in Rochester, NY. She has illustrated several books, including Full Moon Tide: The Best of Tanka Splendor, and Taboo Haiku.

Pamela was the logo artist for HNA 2003 in NYC and is the logo artist for HNA 2007 in Winston-Salem, NC. She also makes and sells jewelry and hand-painted cards and framings. In leisure time, she listens to jazz, her new-found love. Pamela would enjoy feedback on her taiga: moongate44@aol.com.

Pamela writes at least one tanka every day before the morning star rises. She can't imagine her life without tanka in it. It is an integral part of her life, like her artwork & her spiritually. She finds peace & serenity in writing tanka & many times her words bring emotional healing into her essence. She hopes, that in reading her poems, you will understand the different moods, emotions, the complexity of her personality, and the ebb & flow of the tides of her life.
