Who is the man that sits under the bridge
on an old worn out Buick car seat?
Is he someones father, or someones son?
I'm sure he'd like something to eat.

Who is the man carrying the sign
  that reads Hungry and Homeless?
Maybe a vet or a victim of circumstance
  Unfortunately nobody's to notice.

Who is the couple who sits in the car
  With worldly possessions inside?
They rearrange things to make room
for the valuable trinkets they find.

Who is the woman with child by side
with a box top full of change?
They're shivering in the cold
as we all head on home
Boy--New Yorkers are strange!
