There is another life in the distant lights,
we will share this very night.
Your eyes tell of a promise kept,
yet, forgotten in a moment's breath.

You are me, Jo. I am you.
With this love can we see it through.
Now, standing by my side, you see
the mist descending upon you and me.

You reach out to touch the mystery,
sensing what holds the key.
We will travel into space,
living in blessed grace.

Leaving behind what was never ours,
we set our course for the vibrant stars.
