Daylight subsides,
Long shadows hide.
A new night is born
Tomorrow it will storm.

The movement is high,
There's deer nearby.
As I sit in my stand
Nature strikes up the band.

Night sounds abound,
As I smile at the sound.
If I stay here all night,
I'll be here at first light.
