Minerva T. Bloom - Review by CR Mittal Print E-mail

Minerva Bloom's poetry seethes with 'beauty'. It is full of visionary insights that underline the rather painful contrast between her ideals and aspirations of this world and the sordid reality around. Pathos and beauty lie side by side in her poetry wrapped in mystic images that speak to our souls of the infinite possibilities of beauty in our life to which we've become tragically impervious. Minerva cultivates her symphonic images with delicate sensitivity. Her poetry is aesthetically delightful, as well as chastening and uplifting. At its best, it's truly admirable. God bless!
