~ A Review by Aurora Antonovic: ~

A stunning collection of Shakespearean Sonnets by poet Michael Petti and full color nature photographs by Minerva Bloom; a collaboration that reflects on love and life in all its moods and seasons.

"Seasons and Sonnets by Minerva Bloom and Michael Petti is aptly named because it brims over with moving poetry and inspiring imagery.

The book generously splashes Minerva's artful photography in accompaniment to each of Michael's stirring sonnets. The poetry is seasonal and moving, rich with nature-laden imagery and swaying lines. Right next to each is Minerva's photography marked with her special touch, images that have been snapped on her many travels.

The poems are all love poems, worthy of the classic sonnet form they embrace, while the photos take their inspiration from glorious nature scenes whether that be in the form of lengthening landscapes or blooming roses."
