Cormorants dip and dive
Water swells and relaxes
Pilot boat churns into the distance
The sea sighs with ease
Gulls soar and plunge
Rocks wet and dry
Sailboat whispers into the distance
The sea sighs with ease
Sparrows chirp and charp
Clouds whisp and weigh
Floatplane roars into the distance
The sea sighs with ease
Crows flap and caw
Grass wobbles and sways
Tourists chatting into the distance
The sea sighs with ease
Bees buzz and pollinate
Mountains wait and rest
Ant scurries into its distance
The sea sighs with ease
Ferry horn blows
It is nearly time to go
But some will stay behind
The sea sighs with ease
Another day
Another way
The sea sighs with ease
