A Prayer Print E-mail
(0 votes)

Our Lord please hold my hand awhile,
And help me walk the extra mile.
For we all know we're still on trail,
And I but wish to see your smile.

We know from where the words they come,
Not from the earth but from the Son,
I feel them in my veins and soul,
And I for sure will pay the toll.

I come to thee with knees bent low,
Please let me in your shepherd's foal.
To walk the streets all paved like gold,
And pray thy Lord, Thy love to hold.
