The Barbie Doll Print E-mail
(0 votes)

 Fleecy, golden hair
Hair that's plaited with satin ribbons
Tall, thin, trim and slim
Neatly dressed top to bottom.

Rosy lips and cheeks
But alas a word it cannot speak!
Gorgeously dressed without any choice
Opulent desires but all nipped in the voice.

Every girl is like a Barbie doll
Everything endowed without any consent
She cannot have any say
Anyone supreme decides her way.

Whatever she has cannot use them optimally
Her dreams, aims, aspirations are shattered drastically.
Her costumes are like Barbie's net or lace
Of which her passions, frustrations, agonies can be clearly traced.

Every girl is a Barbie doll
She cannot decide her own rise or fall
Everything is her's but cannot enjoy
In those richly, designed dresses she has to be shy, coy.

Every girl is a Beautiful Barbie
Her thoughts, deeds, actions should be regarded with dignity
Every girl is a Brilliant Barbie
Let her design, carve her own fate, fortune her destiny.
